incredibly nutritious.
They contain a high amount of fiber,
vitamin C, vitamin k and vitamin B.
2.Banana-Bananas are rich in vitamins and
minerals. Banana has a sweet and sour
taste. The sweet taste is said to bring about
a sense of heaviness which support
digestion.
