               Learning objectives: Children will learn how to be healthy with good

               eating habits, adopting good posture and doing exercise.

               Keeping healthy means doing things that are good for your body –
               things like eating nutritious foods, exercising, brushing your teeth and
               getting enough sleep. It's important to understand how and what you
               should eat and how it affects your body. A balanced diet means your
               body is getting all the nutrients it needs.

               Balanced diet is a diet that contains differing kinds of foods in certain

               quantities and proportions so that the requirement for calories, proteins,
               minerals, vitamins and alternative nutrients is fulfilled.

               There are different postures to sit, to walk, to stand.
