A demonstrative pronoun is a pronoun that
points towards the noun it replaces, indicating it in
number and distance.
We use This to refer singular nouns that are near
to the speaker. Ex- This is my bedroom.
We use That to refer singular things that far
from the speaker. Ex- That is my grandfather.
We use These to refer plural nouns that are near
to the speaker. Ex- These are lovely flowers.
We use Those to refer plural nouns that are far
from the speaker. Ex- Those are my neighbours.
