• A personal pronoun is a pronoun that talks about a

particular person, place , animal or thing.

• The personal pronoun are of two types:

i) subject pronoun ii) object pronoun

• Subject pronouns do the action in a sentence.

• They generally appear before the action word (verb).

• Ex-i) We are going to movie.

• ii) They don’t like pancakes.

• Object pronouns receive the action in a sentence.

(For whom the action was performed).

• They generally appear after the action word (verb).

• Ex- i) Give that book to me.

• ii)Jake is hurt because Bill hit him.
