What are conjuctions or joining words?

Definition: Joining words or conjunctions are words that

joins to nouns , verbs, adjectives and sentences together.

• Words like and, but, or and so are joining words that join

two nouns , verbs, adjectives and sentences together.

• For example-

I love to swim. I love to play football.

After using joining word “and” the sentence is written as

follows,

I love to swim and play football.
