               CONCEPT OF INCLUSION, ITS NEED AND IMPLEMENTATION


               CONCEPT OF INCLUSION

               IT BRINGS ALL STUDENTS TOGETHER IN ONE CLASS ROOM AND COMMUNITY.

               NEED OF INCLUSIVE EDUCATION
               INCLUSIVE EDUCATION PROVIDES PERFECT TRAINING OF REAL LIFE. ALL STUDENTS LEARN TO

               INTERACT AND WORK COLLECTIVELY. SOME POINTS ARE STATED BELOW:
                   1.  FOR SELF ESTEEM
                   2.  FOR BETTER SOCIAL SKILLS AND COMMUNICATION
                   3.  GREATER SENSITIVITY
                   4.  FOR BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF STRENGTHS AND WEEKNESSES
                   5.  FOR BETTER SENSE OF BELONGINGNESS
                   6.  HIGHER ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT

                   IMPLEMENTATION OF INCLUSIVE EDUCATION IN INDIA

                   GOVERNMENT OF INDIA SHOULD PROPOSE POINTERSTHAT CAN BUILD A STRONG AS WELL AS
                   EFFECTIVE EDUCATION SYSTEM IN THE COUNTRY. FOLLOWING MEASURES FOR EFFECTIVE
                   IMPLEMENTATION OF INCLUSIVE EDUCATION:
                   1.  RIGHT TO EDUCATION IS TO BE MADE EFFECTIVE IN ALL STATES.
                   2.  SPECIALLY IN RURAL AREAS, ARE TO BE TRAINED WELL.
                   3.  REGULAR ANALYSIS OF SCHOOLS CURICULUM BECAUSE TEACHER AND STUDENTS ARE ABLE
                       TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEMS.

                   4.  PARENTS SHOULD BE INVOLVED IN DECISION MAKING PROCESS TO ENHANCE THE LEARNING
                       BECAUSE COLABORATED EFFORT WOULD RESULT IN EFFECTIVE.
                   5.  PROPER IMPLEMENTATION OF INCLUSIVE EDUCATION IN SCHOOLS THE DIFFERENTLY ABLED
                       STUDENTS SHOULD BE TREATED EQUALLY AS NORMAL STUDENTS.
                   6.  SPECIAL NEEDS IN REGULAR SCHOOLS REQUIRED A LOT OF ADJUSTMENTS IN TERMS OF
                       CLASS ROOMS, TRANSPORT FACILITIES AND EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS.
                   7.  SUITABLE EXAMINATION SYSTEM NEEDS TO BE IN PLACE TO MEET THE CHALLENGES AND
                       CHANGING TRENDS IN SPECIAL EDUCATION. EXPERTS SHOULD CAREFULLY DESIGN
                       PROGRAMMES IS MADE PARALLEL FOR ALL.
                   8.  SINCERE EFFORTS SHOULD BE MADE TO DEVELOP GOOD RELATIONS AMONG THEMSELVES.IT

                       HELPFUL IN CREATING AN APPROPRIATE ENVIRONMENT.
                   9.  STUDENTS RELATED MATERIALS SHOULD BE PROVIDED TO STUDENTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
                       BY THE SCHOOLS.
                   10. INCLUSIVE EDUCATION SHOULD BE FLEXIBLE MEANSPROVIDED TEACHING METHODS AND
                       MATERIALS TO THE STUDENTS.
