The initial letter of the name of days, months and holidays should be capital.

Special names are written in capital.

For example:-

 He went to the library on Tuesday.

 I love when it snows in January.

 We keep a tree in our house for Christmas.

When we use the letter I in the middle of a sentence, we write it in capital.

For example:-

 Yesterday, I went to the market.

 My friend Ritu and I love to swing in the park.
