SUBTOPIC:PROPER, IMPROPER AND MIXED FRACTION
PROPER FRACTION: Proper Fractions are fractions where the numerator is smaller
than the denominator, for example:
IMPROPER FRACTION: Improper Fractions are fractions where the numerator is
bigger than the denominator
MIXED FRACTION: Mixed Numbers contain a whole number and a proper fraction. A
mixed number can also be expressed as an improper fraction
NOTE: Improper fraction can be converted to mixed fraction and vice versa.
CONVERTION OF IMPROPER TO MIXED FRACTIONS:
Step I:
Obtain the improper fraction.
