Sub-topic 3 : TYPES OF ANGLES
Introduction – Angles are measured using “Protractor”. We use degree to denote
them. E.g. 70 degree/ 70˚
Types of Angles:
1. Right Angle: An angle that measures 90˚ is called a right angle.
This angle measures exactly 90.
Example: Corners of the window, corner of the bird house etc...
2. Acute Angle: An angle that measures more than 0˚ and less than 90˚ is called an
acute angle. It looks smaller and more closed.
