               FOOD PYRAMID


                 A FOOD PYRAMID is a guide of healthy foods divided into sections to show the
                   recommended intake of each food group.

                    (Nutrient)
                 The lower food groups need to be consumed in higher quantities, compared to the food
                   groups above it.

                 This ensures that we obtain all kinds of nutrients in the right amount in our diet.
                 Nutrient requirement varies from person to person. It depends on age, gender, nature, of
                   work they do.
