Formal Letter
Introduction:
A formal letter is written for official or professional communication. It follows a specific structure and is

Structure of a Formal Letter:
1. Sender's Address (Top left corner)
o Name, Address, City, Pin Code
2. Date (Right below the sender’s address)
3. Receiver's Address (Left side, below the date)
o Name, Designation, Company Name, Address, City, Pin

4. Subject (Briefly mention the purpose of the letter)
5. Salutation (Sir/Ma’am)
6. Body of the Letter
o Introduction: State the purpose of writing the letter.
o Main Content: Provide the necessary details or information.
