12. The students of Class 6 are helping the school design a new playground.
The playground is planned in the shape of a rectangle that is 40 metres
long and 25 metres wide. Around the playground, a walking track 2
metres wide is to be built inside the boundary. The remaining area will
be used for playing.
The school also wants to put a fence around the entire playground and
install grass only in the playing area.
