Accord des Adjectifs: (Agreement of Adjectives)

               MASCULINE TO FEMINNINE SINGULAR TO PLURAL

               1. Generally, an “E” is added to the masculine form in order to make an adjective
               feminine.

               Masculine singular: Feminine singular Grand + e Grande ( tall/big)
                              Haut   + e         haute  (high)
                       Court    + e          courte  (short)
               2. If the masculine form of the adjectives ends with vowel “E” then it remains same in
               the feminine form.
               Masculine singular:  Feminine singular
               Jeune          =                 Jeune (Young)
               Rouge          =              rouge  (red)
               Belge          =               belge   (belgian)
               Facile                =               facile  (easy)

               3. The feminine of certain adjectives is formed by doubling the consonant of the
               masculine form and then added E.
               Masculine singular:  Feminine singular
               Gros + se = grosse (fat)
               Bas + se = basse (low)
               Bon + ne = bonne (good)
               ancien + ne = ancienne (old)

               4. Adjectives ending with “eau” in the masculine form will change to “elle” to get
               their feminine form:
               Masculine singular:  Feminine singular
               Beau           =              belle (beautiful)
               Nouveau         =          nouvelle (new)

               Note: Adjective like beau, nouveau, vieux change to bel, nouvel, and vieil when used before
               a masculine singular .

                      1. In most of the cases, an adjective is made plural by adding ‘S’ to its singular form.
                       For Ex:
                    Singular         :             plural                                         Grand         +     =    grands
                   Large      + s  =      larges
                    Haut  + s   =   Hauts

               2. If an adjective already ends with “S” in its masculine singular form, there is a no change in plural form.
                      Singular         :             plural
