LN - Living things need energy – Herbivore, Omnivore, Carnivore
Learning Objective: Students will learn that living things need energy.
• Herbivore – Animals who eat only plants are called herbivores animals. Zebras and
snails are examples of herbivores.
• Carnivore- A carnivore is an animal that mostly eat flesh of another animal. Tiger and
Lion are examples of carnivores.
• Omnivore- An omnivore is an animal that has the ability to eat and survive on both
plant and animal matter. Bear and Foxes are examples of omnivores.
• Predator- A predator is an animal that hunts, catches and eats another animal.
Learning Outcome: Students learnt about that various living thing need energy.
