                                               LN – Tiger Habitat

Learning Objective – Students can find out more about the habitat of tiger. They
can describe the habitat the tiger lives in. They can understand and analyze the
adaptation made by tiger to survive in its habitat. They can learn how tiger can

survive in a zoo which is so different to their natural habitat.

               Adaptations of Tiger:-

 The tiger has a striped coat.
 The stripes help it blend in well with sunlight
                       that reaches the forest floor.

 The stripes also helps break up the tiger’s body shape. This make it difficult
for the smaller animals that tiger eats to see the tiger.
 There is not very much light in the forest but the tiger has very good

hearing so it can hear other animal moving around.

Tigers can survive in a zoo which is so different to their natural habitat.
 Create a natural habitat for tiger or other animals in the zoo for them
                              to survive.

 Give them the required amount of food and nutrition.
                            Take care of them.

Learning Outcome - Students can find out more about the habitat of tiger. They
can describe the habitat the tiger lives in. They can understand and analyze the
