               Odd and Even Numbers

               Even Numbers:

                   • Numbers that can be divided by 2 with no

                       remainder.

                   • They end in 0, 2, 4, 6, or 8.

                   • Examples: 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 100.

               Odd Numbers:

                   • Numbers that cannot be divided by 2 evenly
                       (remainder is 1).

                   • They end in 1, 3, 5, 7, or 9.

                   • Examples: 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 101.

               Key Points:

                   • Even + Even = Even

                       Example: 4+6=104 + 6 = 104+6=10

                   • Odd + Odd = Even
                       Example: 3+5=83 + 5 = 83+5=8
