             Problem:


             Riya bought 4 packets of pencils. Each packet has 6
                 pencils.


             How many pencils did she buy in all?






             Explanation:


             Pencils in 1 packet = 4


             So, pencils in 4 packets = 4 × 6 = 24 pencils



                 Thus,She bought 24 pencils in total.
