The following shows a quarter clockwise, a

half turn clockwise, a quarter turn

clockwise, and one whole turn clockwise.

Notice the position of the starting point

and the direction of the red arrow where an

object should be facing. Turning a quarter

makes 90 degrees, half makes 180

degrees, turning ¾ makes 270 degrees,

and a full rotation makes 360 degrees.
