To write the time in words:-
Describe the hour and then the minutes.
Use terms like "half past", "quarter to", and "o'clock".
Use "past" for intervals up to and including half an hour past the hour.
Use "to" for intervals after the half hour up to the hour.
Use "quarter past" and "quarter to" for 15-minutes either side of the hour.
To write the time in digital form,
We can use a colon to separate the hours and minutes, with the hours
on the left and the minutes on the right:
Example: 3 o'clock is written as 3:00
To write digital time in words,
We can say the time as "hours and then minutes".
For example, 02:38 is "Thirty-eight minutes past two".
Learning Outcome: - Students were able to convert times from words to
digital form and from digital form to words confidently.
