What does it mean to multiply by 10?
Multiplication means repeated addition.
So, multiplying by 10 means adding the number 10 times.
When you multiply any number by 10, just put a zero (0) at the end of the
number.
Why?
Because 10 = 1 group of 10 → moving each digit one place to the left and
filling the ones place with 0.
