Explanation –
Calligram
A Calligram is a word or phrase written in a decorative or creative way,
often using images or shapes to enhance the meaning of the text.
Calligrams can help students visualize and remember words, phrases,
or sentences.
Examples of Calligrams:-
1. Writing the word "CAT" in the shape of a cat.
2. Creating a picture of a sun to illustrate the word "SUNNY".
3. Writing the phrase "I LOVE READING" in a heart shape.
Mnemonic
A Mnemonic is a memory aid that helps students remember information
by associating it with something they already know, such as a word,
phrase, or image. Mnemonics can be used to remember vocabulary
words, phrases, or sequences of information.
Examples of Mnemonics:-
1. Using the sentence "Every Good Boy Does Fine" to remember the
musical notes on the lines of the treble clef staff (E, G, B, D, F).
2. Creating a story or sentence to remember the order of the planets
in our solar system.
3. Using a visual image, such as a picture of a king, to remember the
word "KING".
