               Explicit meaning is directly stated and clear, leaving no room for interpreta on, while implicit
               meaning is suggested or implied, requiring the reader or listener to infer the meaning.

               Explicit Meaning:

                     Clearly stated: The meaning is expressed directly and unambiguously.

                     No room for interpreta on: The meaning is straigh orward and easily understood.

                     Examples: Direct instruc ons, clear defini ons, and straigh orward statements.

               Implicit Meaning:
                     Suggested or implied: The meaning is not directly stated but is rather hinted at or
                       understood through context and inference.

                     Requires interpreta on: The reader or listener must use their knowledge and reasoning to
                       understand the intended meaning.

                     Examples: Symbolism, metaphors, irony, and subtext.
