                 Topic-Subtraction


                 Learning Objective:
                 Students will be able to:

                    •  Use a number line to subtract the numbers.


                 Discussion:
                    •  Drawing a number line on the floor.

                    •  Distributing 2 number cards to be subtracted.
                    •  Showing the number lines to subtract both the numbers.

                    •  Finding out the first number on the number line.
                    •  Begin from the first number and continue hopping back as
                        many times as the second number to get the answer.

                    •  Explaining them that Subtraction is the process where we
                        take away a smaller number from the bigger number and

                        find out the difference.
                    •  Explaining that number gets smaller when we subtract the

                        second number from the first number


                 Questions(oral):
                    •  Subtract 6 from 10 and find out the answer.
                    •  Show 5-2 using your fingers.

                    •  Take away 4 crayons from 10 crayons and find out how
                        many crayons left.
