Topic: Recapitulation of ‘ou’ sound.

Learning Objective:

Children will be able to

 Comprehend and identify words having ‘ou’ sounds.
 Read words having ‘ou’ sound.
 Communicate verbally using parts of speech.

 Demonstrate active and attentive listening.
 Able to frame and write meaningful sentences.

Discussion:

 Read the story.

 All the ‘ou’ sound words from the story.
 Action for ‘ou’ is “pretend your finger is a needle and
prick your left pointer saying ‘ou ou ou’.”

 We can only blend some of the words.
 Sound and action of ‘ou’ sound words.

 Count the number of sounds with the help of phoneme
fingers.
 Arm blending/building.
