                        Comprehend and identify words having ‘oa’ sound.
                        Read words having ‘oa’ sound.
                        Communicate verbally using parts of speech.

                        Demonstrate active and attentive listening.
                        Able to frame and write meaningful sentences.

                    Activity:


                        Arranging the letters to make meaningful words.







                  Discussion:





                        Show a jolly phonics video with a song.

                        Show picture of ‘oa’ sound words.
                        All the ‘oa’ sound words.
                        When two vowels go walking, the first one does the

                         talking. So when ‘o’ and ‘a’ come together’ ‘o’ says its
                         name and ‘a’ remains silent.

                        Action for ‘oa’ is “bring your hand over your mouth as if
                         something has gone wrong and say oh.

                        We can only blend some of the words.
