● Comprehend and identify words having ‘oo’ sound (long and
short).
● Differentiate between long ‘oo’ and short ‘oo’ sounds.
● Read words having ‘oo’ sound.
● Communicate verbally using parts of speech.
● Demonstrate active and attentive listening.
● Able to frame and write meaningful sentences.
Discussion:
● Show (book, cook, moon, roof, food, wood, spoon, room,
zoo, stool, cool, broom, tooth, wool).
● Differentiate between long and short ‘oo’ sounds.
● Action for short ‘oo’ is bending forward and saying ‘oo’. Ex-
book.
● Action for long ‘oo’ is bending backward and saying ‘oooooo’.
Ex-moon.
● Bend backward and forward continuously and make sound
like a cuckoo bird (oo ooooooo oo ooooooo oo ooooooo) while
bending forward make short ‘oo’ sound and while bending
