               SUB-TOPIC- Safety rules at home





               LEARNING OBJECTIVE- To know and understand about the safety rules at
               home.



               DISCUSSION-

                   •  Safety rules that children should follow at home.
                   •  Do not open the door to strangers.

                   •  Do not touch the electrical switch board.
                   •  Electrical gadgets should be used with the supervision of adults.

                   •  Do not touch gadgets when your hand is wet.
                   •  Do not turn on the gas stove.
                   •  Do not play with the matchsticks.

                   •  Do not spill water or oil on the floor, you may slip and fall down.
                   •  Do not throw fruits or vegetables peels on the floor as you may slip and

                       fall down.
                   •  Do not play with sharp objects.
                   •  Do not hop on the stairs.
                   •  Activity- Share some safety rules to be followed at home.




               REVISION QUESTIONS (ORAL)-
                   1.  Share a safety rule which you should follow at home to keep yourself
                       safe.
