               SUB TOPIC-Lets beat the drum


               LEARNING OBJECTIVE-Student will learn about the instrument drum.

               DISCUSSION-

                     If You're Happy and You Know It - Replace body movements with

                       instruments. (i. e. play your drum, tap your sticks etc.).
                     Play a song which highlights drum beats.

                     Show students the flash card of a drum.

                     Show and talk about the different parts of the drum.


               REVISION QUESTIONS (ORAL)-
                     Have you ever seen a drum before?

                     How many sticks do you need to beat the drum?

                     Ask, who has seen, heard or played a drum before?
