               LEARNING OBJECTIVE- Student will learn about the importance of

               eating variety of vegetables as a part of healthy diet.

               DISCUSSION-

                     Different types of vegetables will be introduced to the students.
                     Discussion is done with the students to wash and cut the
                       vegetables that can be eaten rough.

                     The benefit of salad is discussed with the students.
