               SUBJECTIVE
               1. Centripetal force does no work. Justify. [Hots]

               NUMERICALS (Board)
               1. A body of mass 15 kg undergoes downward displacement of 40 m under the effect of
                                                                      2
               gravitational force. Calculate work done (g = 10 m/s )

               2. A body of mass 120 g is taken vertically upwards to reach the height of 5m. Calculate
                                       2
               work done (g = 10 m/s ).
               3. Calculate the work done in pushing a cart through a distance of 50m against the force
               of friction equal to 1250N.

               4. An object is horizontally dragged across the surface by a 100 N force acting parallel
to the surface. Find out the amount of work done by the force in moving the object
               through a distance of 8 m.

               5. A boy is moving on a straight road against a frictional force of 5 N. After travelling a
distance of 1.5 km he forgot the correct path at a round about of radius 100 m.
However, he moves on the circular path for one and half cycle and then he moves
forward up to 2.0 km. calculate the work done by him.
