  When you divide powers that have the same base, you subtract the exponents.
                           If there is more than one base then factorise the monomials and find the
                             common factor among numerator and denominator.
                           As that common factor is present in both numerator and denominator, they will
                             cancel each other.
                           And rest of the terms will be written as it is.
                             That's a pretty easy rule to remember! Let's take a look at one more property.
                             This property is called, Power of a Quotient Property.
