A debate in The Chief Minister and other ministers take decisions
Legislative and run the government. Whatever decisions being taken
Assembly by them have to approve by the members of the
legislative assembly.
In a democracy, these members can ask questions,
debate an important issue, decide where money should
be spent etc. They have the main authority.
Thus, decisions taken by the Chief Minister and other
ministers should be debated in the Legislative Assembly
for the benefit of the entire people.
Working of the Press conferences are important in a democracy to
government hold leaders accountable for their actions and conduct in
office. It provides a forum for politicians to explain issues
that may be a source of query or unease for reporters
and the wider society.
A press conference or news conference is a media
event in which newsmakers invite journalists to hear
them speak and, most often, ask questions on a
particular issue and are then expected to report about the
same to the larger public.
It is typically set only to announce huge news, something
you’d want to give TV reporters advance notice and time
to drive down and set up their cameras. In politics, you’d
do a press conference to announce a run for office-or to
drop out of a major race.
