What is 3:45 + 1:40 ?







               Add the hours: 3+1 = 4



               Add the Minutes: 45+40 = 85




               The minutes are more than 60, so



                      subtract 60 from minutes (85−60 = 25 Minutes)




                      and add 1 to hours (4+1 = 5 hours)





                                                          The answer is 5:25
