Right-Angled Triangle
A right triangle or right-angled triangle is
a triangle in which one angle is a right
angle (that is, a 90-degree angle).
The side opposite the right angle is called the
hypotenuse (side c in the figure).
Note: In a right triangle, one of the angles
measures is 90º and each one of the remaining
two angles is acute.
