Note:The sum of the lengths of any two sides of a triangle

is always greater than the length of the third side

 Example: Is it possible to form a triangle whose sides

                    are 6cm, 9cm and 13cm.

 Solution: The sum of the length of the two smaller

                    line segments = 6cm + 9cm = 15cm.

 The length of the longest line segment = 13cm.

 Sum of the two smaller line segments > the length of

                    the longest line segment.

 So, it is possible to form a triangle.
