II.   HINGE JOINT

                 Hinge  joints  allow  the  movements  of  bones  in  only  in  one  direction.
                   Forwards and backwards just like hinges on a door which allow the door to

                   move back and forth.
                  Ex. Elbow, knee, finger and toe joints. The movement by this joint is not
                   more than 180 degrees. The wrist has double hinge joint.
