II. HINGE JOINT
Hinge joints allow the movements of bones in only in one direction.
Forwards and backwards just like hinges on a door which allow the door to
move back and forth.
Ex. Elbow, knee, finger and toe joints. The movement by this joint is not
more than 180 degrees. The wrist has double hinge joint.
