total money he has now?
Solution- Nitin received from his father =₹1346
Nitin received from his mother =₹1800
Total money he has now=

₹ 3146 . 00
Hence, he has ₹3146 with him now.
Example-3: Rakesh has ₹6000 with him. He bought an almirah of cost ₹4500. How
much money left with him?
Solution: Rakesh has money= ₹6000
Cost of almirah = ₹4500
Money left with him= = ₹ p

Example-4: Ramu bought a cricket bat of ₹483 and he sold that bat to Shyam in

Solution- Ramu bought the bat at cost =₹483
He sold it to Shyam= ₹500
