many minutes is that?
Answer: Time taken by Nina to complete her homework = 2 hours 35 minutes
We know, 60 minutes = 1 hour.
2 hours 35 minutes = 2 hours + 35 minutes
= 2 x 60 minutes + 35 minutes
= (120 +35) minutes
= 155 minutes
Therefore, Nina takes 155 minutes to complete her homework.
Example 2: Hemant is allowed to take 2 and half days to complete his
pending assignments. How many hours is that?
Answer: Time taken by Hemant to complete his pending assignments
= 2 and half days
We know, 24 hours = 1 day.

Therefore, Hemant takes 60 hours to complete his pending assignments.
Example 3: How many days is 28 weeks?
Answer: We know, 1 week = 7 days
