Winter Season

• The winter season starts from December and

continues till February.

• Temperature dips below 15 degree .

• During winter, the days are shorter and the nights are

longer.

• During winter we wear woollen clothes like jackets,

sweater, scarves, shawls, caps, gloves etc.

• Drass in Western Ladakh is the coldest place of India.

• We like to eat food like soup, tea, coffee, gulab jamun,

pakoras and parathas.
