Comma is the shortest pause in a sentence.

It is used after a sentence that expresses a strong
feeling.
5. APOSTROPHE
It is used to create possessive forms of nouns.
6 QUOTATION MARK
It is used before and after a direct quotation
(someone’s exact words).
