Remedies: –

                                 Walking (feet twisted inward)

                                 Use of walking calipers.

                                 Massage therapy.

                                 Use those exercise which strengthen the muscles

                                 Surrounding the knee such as leg extension in laying Position.

                                 Use yoga strap to bind the legs together then make cow face posture &
                                 forward bending are recommended.

                                 Pilate exercise such as roll up & ballerina arms are effective to tone legs.

                                 Garud Asana, Ardh-Matsyendrasana



                       5. Round Shoulders:

                        It is a postural deformity in which the shoulders are drawn, the head is extended
                       with the chin pointing forward.

                          Causes:

                          Due to poor posture while working

                          Faulty furniture

                          Wrong habit of sitting/standing

                          Carrying heavy load on shoulders

                           By sleeping on one side


                          Precautions:
                          1.   Don’t sit, walk or stand in bent position
                          2.  Avoid tight-fitting clothes
                          3.  Avoid sitting on uncomfortable furniture

                          Remedies:
                          1.  Keep your tips of fingers on your shoulders and rotate your elbows in
                              clockwise and anticlockwise direction.
                          2.  Hold the horizontal bar for some time.
                              Perform chakrasana and dhanurasana regularly
