1. Rajiv bought an electric geyser. One day while taking bath he felt an electric shock. He
quickly called the company and asked the concerned person to replace the geyser or fix the
problem. There was no response from the side of the company. The geyser was still in the
warranty period. Later from other neutral sources lie came to learn that many other people
have also felt the same problem and it is because the product is made up of substandard
components.
