               HUYGENS PRINCIPLE

               (i) Suggested by Huygens
               (ii) The locus of all particles in a medium, vibrating in the same phase is called Wave Front (WF)
               (iii) The direction of propagation of light (ray of light) is perpendicular to the WF.
