23.2 Indoor and Outdoor games (1)

Learning Objective: -The students will learn about the indoor and outdoor games.

Note:

 As it is known that games are one among the various ways to have fun.

 Games can be played in many ways and anywhere. But there are certain rules to be

followed as far as the place and players are concerned while playing.

 So, games can be played inside the house and even outside the house.

 Those games which are played inside the house are called Indoor games.

 These types of games can be played in any weather condition.

 This is a very good way to spend quality time with the family members.

 These games can be played in any weather condition without going out and with

minimum number of players.

 There is less movements and risk of getting harm.

 Games which are played outside the house are called Outdoor games.

 Generally, outdoor games are played in large place as in playgrounds, open space and

involves many players together at the same time.

 These games cannot be played inside the house.

 Playing Outdoor games has many health benefits.

 It improves vision, stamina and immune system.

 It also promotes social skills, increases attention span.

 It develops the overall personality of a child or an adult.
