22.4 Facts about Aquatic Animals
Learning Objective: -The students will learn to make shadows of different by using their
hands and fingers.

So many interesting facts are there about different aquatic animals.
An Octopus has three hearts. When it gets angry, it shoots a kind of black ink
around.
A jelly fish is 95 percent water. It eats through its mouth and excretes from the same
mouth too.
An electric eel produces electricity through its body.
The heart of the shrimp is in its head.
Blue whale is the largest mammal and makes the loudest sound in the world. It
splashes water through its nostrils when it breathes out.
Dolphin sleeps with its one eye open to protect itself from the predators.
The memory span of a goldfish is just about 3 seconds.
A turtle moves fast inside water.
Crabs walk sideways.
Sea Sponges are animals, not plants, they do not have heads, muscles, nerves or
organs.
