17.3 SAFETY RULES AT SCHOOL AND IN BUS

Learning Objective - The students will learn safety rule at school.

Note:

 Although school is a very safe and secure place for us, still we have to be careful and
follow certain rules at school.
 Always walk in a line while using the ramp.

 Never climb or jump over the desks or chairs.

 Never go out of the classroom without your teacher’s permission.
 Never get into the swimming pool without supervision.

 Do not run around the swimming pool as it is wet and slippery over there.
 Be careful when you are out in the playground.

 Listen to your sports instructor.
 Carefully handle the sports equipment; otherwise it can harm you or your friends.

 While travelling in the school bus we should be careful about certain things. We
should follow some rules in the school bus.

 Wait for the bus in a line.
 Let the bus stop completely then get in one by one.

 Never stand or move inside a moving bus.

 Never put your hand or any other part of your body from the window.
 While getting down from the bus, never push anyone. Wait for your turn and then get
down.

Learning outcome- Students can say about safety rules at school (ramp, cafeteria,
swimming pool and in school bus)
