3. LET’S FORM OUR OWN SHADOWS
Learning Objective- Students will learn that distance between an
object and source of light affects the size of the shadow.
Note:
A shadow is a dark shape that is created when light falls on an opaque
body or object.
The shadow is formed opposite of the source of light. Look at the image
below.
The shadow of the flower vase is formed when the vase blocks the path of
light.
Learning outcome- Students can tell that distance between an object
and source of light affects the size of the shadow.
