14.4 NATURAL MATERIALS PROCESSED BY MAN


               Learning objective/Aim –The child will be able to know about natural

               materials processed by man.


                     Materials can be divided into two groups.

                     Natural materials like tree, sand, animal skin, metal- oar and


                       rubber sap.


                     Materials processed by man from trees -wood, animals’ skin-

                       leather, metal-oar -door knob, rubber sap-tyres, sand- glass,


                       cotton-T-shirt, cloth and scarf.



               Learning outcome- Children will speak and write about natural

               materials processed by man.
