Lesson 21.1- Repeated subtraction

Learning Objective: The students will be able to understand the meaning and

use of repeated subtraction.

Explanation:

 Repeated subtraction means taking away or subtracting the same number

or number of objects again and again from the bigger number till it

becomes 0.

 Ex-

Here in the above example 5 is taken away from 25 again and again unless it

becomes 0. (25-5=20, 20-5=15, 15-5=10, 10-5=5, 5-5=0)

Learning Outcome: The students are able to understand the meaning of

repeated subtraction.
