Lesson 19.4- Practice repeated addition

Learning Objective- Students will be able to solve problems on

repeated addition with objects we use in real life.

Explanation-

 We can write repeated addition as multiplication.

 Ex- 5+5+5+5 can be written as 5×4 as number 5 is being

repeated 4 times.

 We can also write a multiplication statement as repeated

addition.

 Ex- 2×7

As 2 is repeated 7 times, we can write it as

2+2+2+2+2+2+2

Learning Outcome- Students will be able to solve problems on repeated

addition with objects we use in real life.
